Care and appointment requests

Browsing this website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Care begins only after the practice confirms your acceptance and the required clinical and intake steps are completed. Appointments are confirmed after reviewing required intake information and availability.

Emergencies and crisis support

Website forms, email, and online booking are not monitored for emergencies. For immediate danger or a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For U.S. crisis support, call or text 988. Do not delay urgent care while waiting for a website response.

California telehealth

Services are subject to applicable licensure, patient-location requirements, clinical suitability, and practice availability. Patients must be in an eligible location at the time of care. Crowned Psychiatry currently describes telehealth services throughout California. Eligibility and appropriate treatment are assessed individually; no particular treatment or outcome is guaranteed.

Website communications and privacy

Use ordinary website forms and email for general practice questions only. Do not include sensitive health information. This website does not represent ordinary contact forms as a secure clinical communication channel. Please see the separate website Privacy Policy.
